Are your products made-to-order or do you carry stock?

We typically do not stock pieces and our lamps are made-to-order. Lead time for each piece is indicated on its product page. We occasionally stock few quantities for selected items, which we ship in just a few days.

Are your products suitable for use in the US?

Typically our products are supplied pre-wired as per European standard 220/240V. Please check in each product’s page to verify if a US wiring version is available.

Can your lighting pieces be customized?

Since our products are realized with a handmade manufacturing process in our laboratory, we are able to modify materials, finishes and in some cases sizing.
Customization is subject to a feasibility verify and approval. Usually, customization increases pricing by 10 – 30% depending on the specifications required.
Furthermore, for custom service we sometimes require a minimum number of pieces ordered.

Do you work with interior designers, decorators and architects?

Yes, we do offer a trade prices. Please contact us with your business information for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Our online shop is dedicated to purchases within Europe. For orders from non-European countries, please contact us to request a quote.

How can I proceed if I place an online order and I receive a damaged piece?

Do you include light bulbs within your products?

Light bulbs are typically not included, except where clearly indicated. Please check each piece’s page to see the related suggested light bulb typology and wattage.
