Italian and European Deliveries
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days for Italian deliveries and within 3-5 business days for European deliveries. Your final shipping cost will be available to you during checkout.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including BRT, GLS, TNT, DHL, UPS and FedEx. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. Please check the delivery status on the carrier site with the tracking number sent via email.We will include this link with your order confirmation and ship confirmation emails.
International Delivery
Servomuto is proud to offer international shipping all over the world. If you place an order through our online store and you don’t find your country please contact us at info@servomuto.com.
We will get back to you with a shipping quotation including shipping insurance.
Shipping rates and fees will vary based on the item and shipping destination.

What Are Servomuto Shipping Time Frames?
We ship most items within 8 weeks after you place your order. The delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination.
Italian Delivery - Shipments are delivered 1-2 business days after leaving our warehouse.
European Delivery – Shipments are delivered 1-5 days after leaving our warehouse.
International Delivery – Shipments are delivered 3-15 days after leaving our warehouse
These shipping timeframes are estimated from our carrier. They do not include the shipping time from our warehouse to the carrier’s facility.
Once we accept your order, it will assign a Tracking Number to your shipment. We will send it with the carrier site link on your shipping confirmation emails.
What if I Haven’t Received My Order?
If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, or you did not receive your order when tracking shows it was delivered, please contact us.

What If I Never Receive My Order?
If you do not receive your order, please review our delivery timeframes. Certain items and locations have a longer timeframe.
Locate your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email. Use the tracking information to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, or others who may have accepted your order if you were not home during a delivery attempt.
In your absence, the delivery carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as a back door, garage, or behind bushes.
Allow 48 hours – in rare situations packages may state delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
If you followed these steps and still cannot locate a past-due order, contact us for assistance.
Shipment Damage in Transit
What if my item comes damaged?
If you see obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write, "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt.
Even if you find that the contents are in good condition, we always recommend to sign the documents conditionally.
Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your notes regarding the damage and contact us immediately.
Please keep all original packaging materials for 14 days to return an order in the rare case you discover damage or defects after delivery.
If you discover damage or a defect after delivery, contact us. We will work to resolve the issue and, in our sole discretion, we may:
Authorize a return.
Issue a replacement.
Issue a refund.

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 14 days of delivery.*
Start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item.
In new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
Please notice that all our products are made to order. The replacement products will be realized within 8 weeks of receiving the returned goods, after a check on the real condition of the items.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
* You should note that this return policy does not apply to Custom products. For their return policy, please refer to the Non-Returnable Items section.

What Items are Non-Returnable?
All the Custom products are non-returnable and we offer no refunds.
For Custom products we mean:
all products made on your request, that are different from the original design for: size, fabrics, finishings.
If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective please contact us at info@servomuto.com
How do I return my order?
To initiate a return of an order, you must contact us at info@servomuto.com within 14 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to create a Return Authorization.
Upon contacting us, we will provide you with further return instructions.
Print out the documentation provided (Commercial Invoice and/or Return Label).
Place all items being returned in the original parcel with all original product inserts and accessories.
Attach the commercial invoice in a plastic document sleeve on the outside of our return package. This is necessary for your return to clear customs.
Follow any additional instructions provided via email along with the return shipping address.
Refund Policy
What is Servomuto's Refund Process?
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our headquarter. If your return is a result of a Servomuto error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise.
If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of use, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:
The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)
Product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days)
Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days).
You will be notified via email with the details of the refund and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
